IT IS ORDERED that all interested persons show cause, if any they have, before this Court at a hearing using remote technology at the Todd County Courthouse, on April, 29, 2024 at 9:45 AM, why the above named Court should not make its Order herein granting the petition of Life Planning Services, Inc. as trustee of the above-entitled trust, for the allowance of Trustee’s Annual Accounts, Final Account, Termination of the Trust, and Discharge of Trustee and Surety together with such other relief as is requested for therein, which petition shall then be heard. This Order shall be published once in a County legal newspaper at least 20 days before the date of said hearing and a copy shall be mailed to each party in interest now in being at a last address known to the petitioner at least fifteen (15) days before the date of said hearing.
