R5DC and Cass Lake-Bena Schools Seek Proposals for Architectural and
Engineering Services

The Region Five Development Commission (R5DC) and Cass Lake-Bena Schools (ISD115) are soliciting bids from licensed architectural & engineering firms to submit proposals for a project to provide services for specific energy efficiency and health & safety upgrades at Cass Lake-Bena Schools. Interested parties are urged to review the request for proposal details posted on the R5DC website at regionfive.org/rfp. An optional meeting opportunity will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024, at the Cass Lake-Bena District Offices beginning at 9 am to allow respondents to ask questions regarding the project specifications and conduct building walkthroughs. Questions must be received by March 15, 2024, and all Q&A will be posted on the https://www.regionfive.org/rfp webpage. The deadline for responses is April 1, 2024.
