The Long Prairie Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:45 p.m., on Monday, April 3, 2023, on a conditional use requested by Jeremy Weber of SJ Weber Property LLC. The conditional use permit request is to maintain compliance for an additional constructed apartment located at 221 Central Ave. A conditional use is required under City Ordinance 16.342 conditional use/interim use (11) establishing multiple dwellings of three or more units.
The public hearing will be held at Long Prairie City Hall, 615 Lake St. S on Monday April 4, 2023, at 4:45 p.m. Anyone interested in attending the hearing, or who wish to submit their comments in writing on this to the Planning and Zoning Commission, is welcome to do so. Written comments may be submitted to the Long Prairie City Hall at 615 Lake St. S, Long Prairie MN 56347.
