Present: Alan Larson, Dan Wessel, Laura Backes, Stephanie Finnegan (arrived at 6:08 p.m.)
Absent: Tim Thornbloom
Others Present: Angela Jacobson, Greg Gottwald, Eric Meester
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Dan Wessel at 6:00 p.m.
Motion by Backes, seconded by Larson, to approve the agenda as presented. Motion Carries Absent: Thornbloom
PROJECT #444: WASTE WATER FACILITY PLAN
Eric Meester presented the draft facility plan. 180 days will be February 3rd. We did ask for a two week extension.
Discussed:
•Flows in higher years were 2019 and 2022. Over the limit flow for I & I.
•Population changes – uses of people and how to address the private flow of I & I.
•Ordinance updates.
•Data collections – replacement plans to fix service lines.
•Sump pump enforcements.
•Possible solutions to reduce I & I or treat.
Council will consider the information and how to move forward.
Motion by Backes, seconded by Larson, to approve the Nero Engineering bill in the amount of $6,880. Motion Carries Absent: Thornbloom
