CHAPTER 124.01 DEFINITIONS
CHAPTER 124.01 DEFINITIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OSAKIS THAT ORDINANCE 124.01 SHALL BE AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
124.01 DEFINITIONS
LODGING TAX BOARD. The LODGING TAX BOARD, or the appointed agent of the board, shall be the Osakis Economic Development Authority.
OPERATOR. An OPERATOR who provides lodging to others, or any officer, agent, directors, shareholders, members of employee of the OPERATOR located within the city limits.
OSAKIS TOURISM AND VISITOR’S BUREAU. The OSAKIS TOURISM AND VISITOR’S BUREAU, or the appointed agent of the Bureau, as the city in an area wide local lodging tax, hereinafter referred to as “Bureau”.
ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Osakis, Douglas and Todd Counties, Minnesota this 13th day of March, 2023.
