HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Osakis Planning Commission will convene for their regular meeting on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Osakis City Hall, 14 Nokomis Street East, Osakis, MN 56360. The commission will conduct the following public hearing(s) and make a recommendation to the City Council:
1. Preliminary Plat that would create 8 individual parcels.
2. Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application for a Planning Unit Development (PUD). The PUD allows for the development of individually owned storage units as part of an association.
All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to Osakis City Hall, 14 Nokomis Street East, Osakis, MN 56360, or to osakiscityls@arvig.net. All written comments must be submitted by 1:00 pm on the day of the hearing. Application information and a staff report are available for viewing at City Hall (staff report typically 5-7 days prior to the hearing date).
