Sport & Recreation Management student Anthony Peterson of Swanville, was named to the spring semester 2016 Deans List at the U of M Crookston.
To qualify for a place on the Deans List, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 3.66 grade point average.
Dan’s Prize of Long Prairie recently made a $1,000 donation to the Long Prairie Fire Department. The donation was made possible from the proceeds from Dan’s Prize employee golf scramble. Kreemer said the donation will be put towards the purchase of equipment.

Baby boy Hank Lee Engle was born on Saturday, July 9, 2016 to Yvette Torres and Kris Engle of Frazee. He weighed nine pounds, 15 ounces and was 21 inches long. He was delivered by Ben Hess, M.D. at Tri-County Health Care in Wadena.
