Take N Make Craft Packets for Children
Stop into the library for a pre-packed kit to make a craft project at home. Books matching the theme of the craft will be on display at the library, so be sure to check out some books. You can use your imagination to use your craft to tell the story. Themes and crafts will rotate on a routine basis. While supplies last.

Lyndon Johnson “Agate Man”
If you love rocks and fossils, this program is for you! Found all across Minnesota, Lyndon brings with him over 300 pounds of different agates, fossils and artifacts for you to explore. Be prepared to have him answer questions about rocks and share what to look for when you are out searching. He has the largest personal found agate collection and is the author of Lake Superior Agates. For all ages. This program was made possible with Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds from Minnesota’s Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.

Smash Cans
Enjoy creating a piece of art from smashed cans. Cans and all supplies including paint, glue, paper lace and other decorative items will be provided.  Each participant will go home with your own one of a kind design. For ages 8 to 13.  Limit 12.
