Sport & Recreation Management student Anthony Peterson of Swanville, was named to the spring semester 2016 Deans List at the U of M Crookston. To qualify for a place on the Deans List, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 3.66 grade point average.
On hand for the donation representing Dan’s Prize were, Tim Schettler, Doug Kloth, Luann Zigan, Don Warnacke, Mike Ritter, Andy Myers, Jeff Tobak, and Vern Noland. Representing the Long Prairie Fire Department was Chief Jim Kreemer.
Dan’s Prize of Long Prairie recently made a $1,000 donation to the Long Prairie Fire Department. The donation was made possible from the proceeds from Dan’s Prize employee golf scramble. Kreemer said the donation will be put towards the purchase of equipment.
